Overview
Your account management provides a dashboard for you to manage your email and FTP configuration with Database Designs. The site centers around user accounts, which are simply pairs of usernames and passwords. If a user account is to receive email, it will have a mailbox, along with one or more addresses. If you wish to have email addresses not associated with a mailbox, you may use email forwarding to relay mail to another address. FInally, user accounts may also be given FTP access to one or more websites.
Site Help
You can log in to the site with your Database Designs username and password. This is likely the same username and password you use to read your email. Contact Database Designs support at tracker@dbdes.com if you require assistance recovering your password.
The main menu of the account management site has the following options:
Administrator of Several Clients
If you are an administrator of accounts for several clients, then at login the site will ask you to select the client you wish to manage. You can change clients at any time by clicking the "change" link next to the client's name on the navigation bar.
