Mail Settings (Mac OS X)

You'll need the following
- Username
- Password
- Domain name for your organization (domain.com in the below)
The following are the steps to set this up:
- Open Mail (the postage-stamp on your Dock)
- Go to "Preferences" on the "Mail" menu
- Select "Accounts" across the top of the preferences window
- Hit the "+" in the lower-left corner to add a new account
- Set account type to "IMAP" and enter a name for the account, your name, and your email address.
- Set incoming mail server to imap.domain.com.
- Enter your username and password in the next two fields.
- Open the "Outoing Mail Server" menu and select "Add Server..."
- Set the mail server name to smtp.domain.com
- Set the port to 587
- Open the "Authentication" menu and select "Password"
- Enter your username and password again
- Close the preferences box, saving your changes. You should see your email account appear in the main window.
