You'll need the following

  • Username
  • Password
  • Domain name for your organization (domain.com in the below)

  • Tools -> Email Accounts
  • Add a new E-Mail Account
  • IMAP (or POP, but IMAP preferred)
  • Use the following settings:
    • Your name: your full name
    • Email Address: your email address (username@domain.com)
    • Incoming mail server: imap.domain.com
    • Outgoing mail server: smtp.domain.com
    • Username: your username (without the domain name part)
    • Password: your password
    • Remember Password: checked
  • More Settings...

    • Outgoing Server Tab:
      • My outgoing server requires authentication: checked
      • Use same settings as my outgoing mail server: checked
    • Advanced Tab:
      • Outgoing Server (SMTP) port: 587
